CCD Vision Punching Unit for Pouch Machine

This CCD vision punching unit is an optional precision accessory for all full-servo pouch machine. It adopts industrial CCD camera and servo fine-tuning platform to track printing marks in real time, automatically correcting film offset to achieve accurate punching. Linked with the main PLC control system of the pouch machine, it eliminates hole misalignment defects of traditional punching structures, producing neat hanging holes, tear notches and vent holes for high-quality printed pouches in one continuous process.
