The electronic shaft stand-up pouch making machine, also known as full-servo shaftless stand-up pouch machine, is high-end automatic bag-making equipment for flexible packaging industry. It adopts electronic shaft transmission technology without mechanical main shaft, eliminating traditional gears, connecting shafts and mechanical linkage structures.
Independent servo motors drive each functional unit separately, with synchronous motion controlled by electronic program. It realizes high-precision matching of film feeding, printing registration, side sealing, bottom folding, spout inserting, cutting and waste winding, greatly improving bag precision and production stability compared with conventional mechanical transmission machines.
