This accumulator features a large-capacity buffer bin. Its floating rollers are made of 6063-T3 aluminum alloy, which boasts excellent toughness, strong bending resistance and anti-deformation performance. The roller surface is smooth, wear-resistant and burr-free to avoid scratching films. It supports non-stop film roll change while maintaining constant tension to prevent color mark shifting and ensure smooth film transportation without stretching or registration deviation. Equipped with precise balance calibration structure, it eliminates film jitter at high running speed.
