The non-stop film splicing unwinding head is an optional upgrade accessory for all our 8-side seal pouch machine, three-side seal pouch machine and stand-up zipper pouch machine. Equipped with a large-capacity film accumulator and double-station unwinding structure, this splicing head reserves enough buffer film to realize roll replacement and film splicing without halting the pouch machine. It solves the core pain point of frequent production downtime caused by film roll exhaustion on traditional pouch machine, greatly lifting continuous output and cutting material waste for flexible packaging factories.
