To meet the high-speed and high-precision requirements of the European market, we integrate advanced electronic shaft drive systems and CCD vision alignment technologies. The electronic shaft system replaces traditional mechanical linkages, eliminating mechanical wear and backlash, while drastically reducing changeover times. Meanwhile, our integrated CCD vision system monitors printing registration and punch alignment in real-time, instantly correcting deviations at speeds of up to 150 bags per minute.
